    The views are amazing from the 81st floor! The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was great, especially the rain shower. Breakfast had a wide variety and was delicious. I loved my time here, especially swimming in the pool above the clouds 🌥️

    The view is magnificent. Within a few minutes on foot you can reach the Metro station. Rooms spacious and clean.

    The WLAN was unspeakably slow and literally unusable.

    Large room with minimalist vibe, double sinks in the bathroom, and a superb view of the Bund from the king room. Excellent storage options and a Nespresso machine for extra comfort.

    Design of the seating arrangement felt impractical for the room size, especially with a large table and inadequate sofa for comfort. Difficulty in regulating room temperature, and the TV seemed too small for such a spacious room.

    The bed in my Beautiful Twin Room with River View was very comfortable, offering a good night's sleep. The breakfast choices were extensive and satisfying, providing great fuel for the day. Among the fine views, I particularly enjoyed the sight of the Oriental Pearl, a highlight of my stay.

    My taxi driver struggled to find the hotel, which indicates that the entrance lacks clear signage.

    Location: the hotel was just next door to the IFC mall and restaurants and the TV tower and Shanghai World Financial Center and the Park Hyatt Shanghai. My room was new-fashioned and elegant, greatly enjoyed it. The staff were really helpful and very very helpful, everything was amazing.
